Terms & Conditions

1. Campaign Period

The TOPMIX CONNECT & WIN 2026/2027 Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by TOPMIX and will run from 1 October 2026 to 7 February 2027. Only eligible purchases made within the Campaign Period will qualify.

2. Eligibility

The Campaign is open to eligible TOPMIX professional and trade customers, including but not limited to:

• Interior Designers
• Architects
• Carpenters
• Contractors

Participants must be at least 18 years old and must provide complete and accurate registration information. TOPMIX employees and individuals directly involved in the administration of the Campaign and lucky draws are not eligible to participate.

3. Registration

Participants must register through the official TOPMIX CONNECT & WIN registration platform or designated registration channel. Each participant is responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is true, complete and accurate. Incomplete, duplicate, inaccurate or unverifiable registrations may be rejected.

4. Lucky Draw Token Qualification

For every RM5,000 in accumulated verified eligible TOPMIX purchases, the participant will receive 1 Lucky Draw Token. Eligible purchases may be accumulated from multiple invoices during the Campaign Period.

Tokens will be issued based on submitted registrations. Any remaining accumulated purchase amount below RM5,000 will not qualify for an additional token.

If any inaccurate, invalid, or misleading information is found in the submitted invoice, TOPMIX reserves the right to forfeit the tokens issued.

5. Interior Designer & Carpenter Dual Recognition

A single verified project purchase may qualify both the Interior Designer / Architect and the Carpenter / Contractor for separate lucky draw tokens, provided that both parties are registered and successfully verified under the same project transaction.

If only one party registers and is successfully verified, only 1 Token will be issued. The second token will only be issued if the second party completes the required registration and is successfully verified as being connected to the same transaction.

6. Registration Information & Invoice Submission

To participate in the Campaign, participants must complete the official TOPMIX CONNECT & WIN registration form and provide complete and accurate information.

Required information may include:

• Full Name
• Company Name
• Address & State
• Contact Number
• Email Address
• Participant Category / Profession

For participants registering as a Carpenter / Contractor, the participant is required to provide, where applicable:

• Name of the Interior Designer / Architect involved in the project
• Name of the dealer or TOPMIX branch where the purchase was made

For other participant categories, TOPMIX may request relevant project or business relationship information where necessary for verification.

Invoice Upload

Participants are required to upload a clear, complete and readable copy or photograph of the original purchase invoice as proof of purchase.

The uploaded invoice must:

• Be clear and fully readable.
• Show the complete invoice without important information being cut off.
• Clearly show the purchased products and transaction amount.
• Be issued within the Campaign Period.
• Not be edited, altered, manipulated or falsified.

TOPMIX shall not be responsible for any unsuccessful registration or forfeited Campaign entry resulting from an unclear or unreadable invoice uploaded by the participant.

Participants do not need to manually enter the invoice number or invoice details where such information can be verified from the uploaded invoice. TOPMIX reserves the right to request additional supporting information where necessary to verify the purchase, participant or project relationship.

Dual Recognition Under the Same Transaction

Where a participant wishes to qualify for Interior Designer / Carpenter dual recognition, both parties must complete their registration and be successfully verified as being connected to the same eligible transaction. If both parties are registered and verified, the qualifying transaction may generate 1 Token for the Interior Designer / Architect and 1 Token for the Carpenter / Contractor. If only one party is registered and verified, only 1 Token will be issued.

7. Eligible Purchases

Only purchases of eligible TOPMIX products made within the Campaign Period and supported by valid purchase records will qualify. Cancelled, refunded, returned, fraudulent, altered, duplicated or otherwise unverifiable transactions will not qualify. If a qualifying purchase is subsequently cancelled, refunded or reversed, TOPMIX reserves the right to cancel the corresponding lucky draw token(s).

8. Monthly Lucky Draw

Enjoy monthly rewards from October 2026 to January 2027, including TOPMIX Cash Vouchers and exciting gadgets, with winners announced every month.

9. Grand Prize

The Top 5 Highest Token Winners and the Final Grand Lucky Draw featuring the Apple Family Prize Bundle will be announced in March 2027.

10. Prize Substitution

All product images used in Campaign advertisements or promotional materials are for illustration purposes only. Actual product model, specification, colour, capacity, packaging or other features may vary. In the event that a stated prize becomes unavailable, TOPMIX reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of similar or higher value, where reasonably necessary.

11. Lucky Draw Entries

Each approved lucky draw token represents one eligible entry into the applicable lucky draw. The more eligible tokens a participant earns, the more entries the participant will have. All tokens remain subject to final verification before being included in any draw. Invalid, cancelled, disputed or unverified tokens will not be included.

12. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected from valid and verified Campaign entries through a lucky draw process determined by TOPMIX. TOPMIX records relating to eligible transactions, token allocation and winner selection shall be considered final, subject to applicable law.

13. Monthly Winners & Grand Prize Eligibility

A participant who has won a monthly prize may continue to remain eligible for the March Grand Prize Draw, provided that the participant continues to satisfy all Campaign requirements.

14. Winner Verification

All winners are subject to final verification before any prize is awarded. Winners may be required to provide proof of identity, contact information, company information, purchase records or other supporting documents if requested.

TOPMIX reserves the right to disqualify a selected winner and select an alternative winner where the selected winner cannot be contacted, cannot provide the required verification, has submitted incorrect or misleading information, does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, or is otherwise found to be ineligible.

15. Winner Announcement

Winners may be announced through TOPMIX official communication channels, including but not limited to the TOPMIX website, social media platforms, WhatsApp or other messaging channels, TOPMIX branches, participating dealers and direct communication to winners. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their contact information remains correct and accessible throughout the Campaign. Monthly Winner announcement will be announced on following month and the Grand Prize will be announced on scheduled date.

16. TOPMIX Cash Voucher Redemption

TOPMIX Cash Vouchers may be redeemed at TOPMIX branches. Winners may be required to present the valid voucher together with identification or other verification information before redemption.

17. Cash Voucher Conditions

• Applicable for purchases of TOPMIX HPL and TOPCOR HPL only.
• The E-Cash Voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
• The voucher cannot be exchanged or converted into cash.
• The voucher must be presented or applied before payment is made.
• The voucher cannot be used to offset previous purchases, outstanding invoices or existing debts.
• The voucher cannot be combined with other vouchers, discounts or promotions unless otherwise stated.
• Any unused balance after the expiry date will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or extended.
• TOPMIX reserves the right to verify the voucher and reject any invalid or unauthorised redemption.
• The cash voucher only can be redeem with TOPMIX branches only.
• TOPMIX reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions when necessary.

18. Physical Prize Collection

Physical prizes must be collected or received according to the instructions provided by TOPMIX to the winner. Winners may be required to sign an acknowledgement of receipt.

19. Duplicate or Disputed Claims

If two or more participants claim the same role, invoice or transaction, the relevant token(s) may be placed on hold until verification is completed. TOPMIX reserves the right to request additional supporting information from the relevant parties. No disputed token will be included in a lucky draw until TOPMIX has completed the necessary verification.

20. Fraudulent or Misleading Submissions

Participants may be disqualified if they are found to have submitted altered or falsified invoices, duplicate invoices, false project information, false participant relationships, manipulated purchase values, misleading or inaccurate information, or any other information intended to improperly obtain additional Campaign entries. TOPMIX reserves the right to cancel all affected tokens and prizes.

21. Personal Data

By participating in the Campaign, participants acknowledge and agree that the personal information submitted may be collected, used and processed by TOPMIX for purposes including Campaign registration, purchase and transaction verification, lucky draw administration, winner verification, prize fulfilment, customer relationship management, Campaign communication and relevant sales and marketing communications. Personal information will be handled in accordance with TOPMIX applicable privacy practices and Malaysian personal data protection requirements.

22. Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners may be invited to participate in Campaign-related publicity, including winner announcements, photography or social media content. Where required, TOPMIX will obtain the necessary consent before using personal images or other relevant materials for promotional purposes.

23. Limitation of Responsibility

TOPMIX will not be responsible for registrations or submissions that are incomplete, delayed, incorrectly submitted, lost or otherwise unavailable due to circumstances beyond TOPMIX reasonable control.

24. Changes to the Campaign

TOPMIX reserves the right, where reasonably necessary, to amend, extend, suspend or terminate the Campaign or any part of these Terms & Conditions. Any material changes will be communicated through appropriate TOPMIX channels.

25. TOPMIX Decision

All matters relating to Campaign eligibility, purchase verification, lucky draw token allocation, winner selection, prize entitlement and Campaign administration will be determined by TOPMIX. TOPMIX decision shall be final, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

26. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By submitting the TOPMIX CONNECT & WIN Campaign registration form, the participant confirms that they have read these Terms & Conditions, understood the Campaign mechanics and eligibility requirements, provided accurate and complete information, and agreed to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
